1. About these terms
Omexa is an educational portfolio demo. These terms describe use of its accounts, simulated trading, market displays and support tools. It is not a brokerage, investment adviser or crypto custodian. Illustrative company statistics and maps are not evidence of real business activity or licensed status.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 to register. Provide accurate account details, keep your password private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. Registered details are read-only; request corrections through support.
3. Simulated trading and balances
Demo orders use virtual funds and displayed prices. They do not reach an exchange. Virtual balances, gains and losses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or moved into a live account. Closing a position returns its simulated sale value to demo cash and records the realised result.
4. Real trading and crypto payments
Real order execution, crypto deposits and withdrawals are not available. Administrative live-balance adjustments are ledger entries, not proof of received funds, custody or a withdrawal entitlement. Do not send cryptocurrency to obtain access. Future real services require separately disclosed providers, eligibility rules, fees and applicable terms.
5. Market data and news
Crypto prices use Binance with Coinbase fallback. Binance USDT prices are converted to USD. Stocks and ETFs use IEX when connected; futures charts may be delayed. Quotes can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. News links lead to independent publishers. Content is informational, not personal investment advice or a promise of returns. Simulated results do not predict real performance.
6. Acceptable use and access
Do not attack the service, bypass account permissions, misuse other users’ information or submit unlawful content. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse or protect accounts. You may stop using the demo at any time and contact support about account closure or disputed restrictions.
7. Account data and support
The demo stores registration details, security information, account activity and support conversations to operate its features. Administrators can access records needed for account support and security. Use the support ticket system for corrections or questions. Never send passwords, seed phrases or private keys in a ticket.
8. Availability and your rights
The demo may change or be unavailable, and virtual records may require correction or reset. No continuous availability or investment outcome is promised. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory legal rights or excludes responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Contact support to raise a concern.
9. Changes to these terms
Updates will show a new revision date on this page. Material changes should be communicated before they apply. No retroactive change creates a real payment obligation from a demo balance. These demo terms do not establish a licensed operator, legal jurisdiction or regulated financial agreement.
